Creative Director

Rebecca has built a strong reputation in the design industry and has been involved in many types of design projects ranging from residential, both individual and multi developments and retail fit outs. Rebecca believes in continually being inspired by surrounding environments and seeks a strong sense of design and rational use of purpose for each individual project. 

She brings her ability to connect with people and her smart design sensibility to the partnership and company. As a young mother her nurturing and maternal nature puts her clients at ease, working with them in a collaborative approach to explore new possibilities and ideas. Ultimately transforming their vision into reality whilst considering every aspect. Bec is a favourite with clients for her ‘let’s make it happen’ attitude!


Builder and Project Manager

George is a qualified bricklayer and builder by trade and with over 12 years experience in the building industry, he is a wealth of knowledge in every aspect of building and practical design. His years of experience through his own renovations and multi developments and calm and approachable persona has him a deemed favourite with trades and clients. He knows the ins and outs of a building site and his systematic approach to building ensures jobs are completed to a high standard. 

George’s understanding of the construction industry and ability to liaise with trades, ensures projects are carefully considered from concept right through to completion. As his position demands, George is an exceptionally organised individual who shows great attention to detail and approaches all projects with a smile as if they were his own. 


Interior Designer

Emily is a very curious creative whose passion lies in interiors, architecture and sustainable design. She is a qualified Interior Designer with extensive experience in property and event styling. Emily is very Intrigued by the relationships between human behaviours and design and how different interiors can affect how we feel and behave within them. Fascinated by lighting, form and colour, she aims to create innovative spaces with an emphasis on creativity and client centric attention to detail.  She shares a love for travelling, her dog and cheese but not necessarily in the order!


Interior Designer

Zhana is down-to-earth and passionate about interior design. A qualified Interior Designer, she pursued her interest in the design industry after many successful years in the corporate business world and is now transforming homes and spaces. A mum of two gorgeous boys, Zhana understands the importance of making a house feel like a home, a beautiful space to come home to and be proud to call your very own.

She approaches every project with precision, to ultimately achieve an exceptional result and bring each of her clients’ visions to life. She makes a bed like it’s nobody’s business and thrives on perfection. Zhana has extensive experience in product styling, working alongside some of the biggest names in the design industry. Having already assisted Bec and George on many major projects to date, it was a natural progression for Zhana to become an official member of the Nectaar team.


Interior Designer

Rebecca, originally from Ireland, now lives in Torquay with her husband Damien and their two daughters Millie & Elle. With a self-developed passion for Contemporary Australian design from interiors to architecture - Rebecca and her husband started a small side business making handmade timber furniture before turning their attention to build their own timber cabin in Torquay. Touches of Japanese and Nordic influences came together with a warm earthy interior colour palette to create a beautiful home.
Rebecca loves layered and textured interiors, clean lines, warm tones and simple styling. Communication is key for Rebecca and so is understanding and listening to her clients, helping them unlock the potential of their homes through good design.
With a strong attention to detail, she is very motivated by delivering her clients brief and absolutely loves her job.She goes over and beyond to make sure she delivers a great experience for everyone she works with.

Danielle aka Harrie

Studio assistant and stylist

Harrie is the latest team member to join the Nectaar family as our Studio Assistant. She has a knack for putting systems in place and getting things in order. Harrie has an Interior Styling background and is a sucker for an earthy colour palette. Her quirky and cheeky personality is translated into the fun and colourful spaces she creates. She believes in creating spaces that evoke feelings and emotion. Harrie has the ability to create rapport with clients and colleagues of all ages and can fulfil a brief no matter how big or small. Her real name is Danielle, but picked up the nickname Harrie whilst working at The Block Shop and it's just stuck around! We feel very lucky to have Harrie assist the Nectaar team, her positive and happy approach to every day is infectious and brings a beautiful vibe to the office.
